Message "What it's worth" is subjective. Simply replace your (good) current turbos with the exhaust housings from your spare parts. This is the only difference between the manual and auto turbos (A/R on the auto turbos=.54; A/R on the manual turbos=.64). Simply put, the larger A/R allows for more top end power (less back pressure), and slower spool. As with the cams (going with the manual profile vs. auto) this is more than offset by your exhaust upgrades and manual trans. The profile of the cams is different only on the exhaust (Slightly more lift, and "I think" slightly more duration). All totaled, a good gain on the top end with minimal delay on turbo spool (low end). I would guess that the total area under the curve, with your set up, would be worth the swap(s). You will see more gain, the more you turn up the boost. Take care, Mark
